Many residences in this gated community have stables and equestrian facilities due to the city’s extensive horse trail system. Weather here is typically much warmer than other areas of the Peninsula, and the community is filled with native wildlife and open space among the residential neighborhoods. The entire city is private property and spans just under 700 homes.
