Our Story
For four decades, buyers and sellers on the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the South Bay's Beach Cities have relied on one family for deep, reliable real estate market knowledge. It began in 1984, when Raju Chhabria arrived from Bangalore, fell for the peninsula, and set out to build a life here. From 1995 to 2014, he was the number one agent at Shorewood Realtors, every single year for two decades.
Today his sons, Neil and Anand, carry that work forward. Four decades representing the same neighborhoods and micro-markets earns market knowledge that cannot be faked, so whatever your market or your moment, your biggest decisions are made with real expertise behind them.
