Anand Raju Chhabria hails from Palos Verdes Estates, California, where he has resided his entire life. He pursued his higher education at the University of San Diego and Marymount California University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Since 2012, Anand has thrived as a Realtor, initially embarking on his career at his father’s office in Manhattan Beach, under the mentorship of Raju Chhabria.
In this bustling real estate environment, Anand honed his skills, immersing himself in various facets of the industry, from marketing and transaction coordination to prospecting. Observing his father’s expertise, he cultivated invaluable abilities in time management, salesmanship, and resourcefulness. In 2016, Anand seized an opportunity to broaden his horizons, transitioning into project management within construction and real estate development.
For the following five years, Anand served as a project manager for California Custom Homes, Inc., based in Torrance, where he delved into supply chain management, project budgeting, and construction financing. Overseeing a multitude of projects, he collaborated with architects, engineers, designers, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and financing officers, enriching his experience in specialized work and fostering critical thinking.
After acquiring his general contractor license and completing the ‘H2O Hermosa’ development project, Anand redirected his focus to real estate sales in 2022. Returning to his father’s real estate office, this time in Palos Verdes, he partnered with his brother Neil Chhabria to reinvigorate their business operations, sales strategies, and brand identity. As a pivotal member of Chhabria Real Estate Company, Anand caters to clients’ diverse real estate needs, offering expert guidance in market preparation, property analysis, marketing strategies, and executing successful transactions.
